September: Choose Your Hard

Finding the Courage to Take Your Next Step Through Relationship Change

Some decisions don’t come with an easy option. Staying can feel hard. Leaving can feel hard. Starting again can feel hard too.

Join us for our September Safe Space, Safe Mind session with Taz Salman, Founder of Glimmer in the Dark and Certified Breakup & Divorce Coach.

Drawing from her own lived experience, Taz will lead an open and practical conversation for women navigating relationship change, whether you’re questioning what comes next, going through separation or divorce, or rebuilding afterwards.

Together, we’ll explore how to find clarity when there is no easy answer, reconnect with yourself, and find the courage to take the next step that feels right for you.

About Safe Space, Safe Mind

A monthly online space for women to pause, connect and talk about the things affecting our emotional wellbeing.

Join us on the last Friday of every month for a relaxed and supportive conversation centred around a different aspect of women’s wellbeing.

Some months, we’ll be joined by a special guest or expert bringing their experience and perspective to the conversation. Other months, we’ll come together as a community to reflect, share experiences and learn from one another.

Each month, you can expect:

♡ A new conversation focused on women’s wellbeing

♡ Honest and supportive discussions

♡ Special guests and experts on selected months

♡ Space to listen, reflect, ask questions and connect with other women

The next topic and guest speaker will be announced ahead of each session.

Every last Friday of the month | Online

Women’s wellbeing, built in community.
