Mental Health First Aid

Often introduced when organisations want to support managers without turning them into therapists

Early support that strengthens trust, confidence, and psychological safety across teams.

A four part leadership experience designed for women leading under sustained pressure. This workshop focuses on the specific pressures women face in leadership including visibility, credibility, emotional labour, and psychological safety.
