BloomWell Collective Community

BloomWell Collective is a community led space for women navigating work, leadership, and life transitions.

It exists for women who are not in crisis, but not always okay, and who want support that feels human, grounded, and safe.

Our community is built around shared experience, psychological safety, and collective care

Online Community Spaces.

BloomWell Collective core services is our online community

A private, moderated space where women connect through guided conversations, reflection, and shared experience

It is intentionally designed to support mental wellbeing, honest conversation, and emotional safety

Subgroups.

To support deeper and more meaningful conversations, BloomWell is organised into focused sub groups

These spaces allow women to engage with topics that feel most relevant to them, while helping to reduce unintended triggers for others

Sub groups are opened as needed and evolve with the community, ensuring conversations remain supportive, intentional, and well held

Community Gatherings

Three women sitting at a round white table on a rooftop, enjoying drinks and conversation, with colorful translucent divider panels and a modern cityscape background.

These are small, informal meet ups designed for ease and connection. Activities may include walks, coffee chats, yoga sessions, or gentle group check ins.

They are low pressure spaces where women can show up as they are, meet others locally, and feel less alone in everyday life.

BloomWell Partnered Events

Four women sitting in a room with large windows overlooking city buildings, participating in a panel discussion or meeting. One woman on the far left wearing a hijab and orange dress is reading from a book. The second woman in a blue blazer has water bottles in front of her. The third woman dressed in pink is listening, and the fourth woman in white and brown is also attentively listening, with a green water bottle beside her.

These are structured in person events delivered in collaboration with partners and sponsors. They include talks, guided sessions, and collective experiences focused on rest, resilience, and women’s wellbeing across life stages.

These events bring together community, expertise, and shared learning

Policy and Advocacy Events

These gatherings focus on dialogue, visibility, and change. Delivered with networks such as UN Women and NAWO, they centre women’s lived experiences within policy, systems, and public conversations.

The aim is to influence thinking, build alliances, and ensure women’s wellbeing is part of wider decision making.
