Understanding when more support may be needed
Emotional strain can build gradually and may not always look like crisis.
You may want to seek additional support if you notice:
Feeling overwhelmed or emotionally exhausted most days
Ongoing anxiety, low mood, or distress
Difficulty coping with daily responsibilities
Withdrawing from people, work, or routines
Thoughts that feel frightening or hard to manage
Seeking support early can make a difference.
