Join us every month for Safe Space, Safe Mind, our online community conversation for women. It’s a small, friendly space to share, listen and learn from each other about health and wellbeing.

Every month we explore a new topic, sometimes with a guest speaker and sometimes led by our community. This month’s topic will be announced soon, and we’ll update this page once it’s confirmed.
