The BloomWell Fellowship
BloomWell exists to support women before crisis, through community led, preventive wellbeing spaces rooted in care and lived experience.
The BloomWell Fellowship brings together women who want to go deeper in supporting this mission. Fellows help shape our programmes, strengthen our partnerships, and ensure BloomWell grows with intention, safety, and impact.
Fellows come from diverse backgrounds, including wellbeing, education, research, policy, community organising, and lived experience leadership.
What is a BloomWell Fellow
BloomWell Fellows are our most engaged contributors.
They help design, deliver, and steward BloomWell’s work across programmes, advocacy, partnerships, and learning. Fellows are not therapists or fixers. They are trusted leaders who act with care, accountability, and respect for boundaries.
As a Fellow, you may engage in one or more focus areas.
