We are hosting a relaxed evening chat to talk about how we actually approach goals when life does not pause.

No frameworks.

No fixing.

Just conversation.

We will casually chat about things like

  • How early months especially January can feel for different people

  • Why goals sometimes help and sometimes feel annoying

  • The pressure to have it figured out early in the year

  • What people are quietly trying to work towards

  • What feels realistic right now and what does not

This is not a workshop.

There is nothing to prepare.

You can talk or just listen.
