About the Speaker
Dr Annette Martinez, MD, MHS is a physician and graduate of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health whose work focuses on understanding why disciplined, high achieving women can still experience patterns of uncontrolled eating.
Drawing on medicine, psychology, and behavioral science, she explores the biological, neuro emotional, psychological and inner fulfilment drivers that shape eating patterns, particularly in women who appear successful and in control in many areas of life yet feel frustrated by their relationship with food.
She is the creator of the Clinical Eating Patterns and Drivers Assessment, a clinical framework designed to help women understand the deeper drivers behind their eating patterns and move from self blame toward clarity, nourishment, and lasting change.
In her webinar, Uncontrolled Eating Is Not Your Fault, Dr Martinez will share the key insights behind this work and explain why understanding the drivers in the body and nervous system can transform the way women approach food, health, and their sense of freedom.
