About This Event

Rest, Resilience & Rising is an evening dedicated to breaking that silence. Hosted by BloomWell Collective, this gathering brings together inspiring women leading in mental health, community care and healing justice. Together, we’ll explore what it means to rest, recover, and rise through life’s transitions and how we can collectively hold space for one another to thrive.

What to Expect

Panel Conversation: A powerful, honest discussion featuring women shaping the future of wellbeing and mental health advocacy:

  • Janie Frampton OBE – Leadership & inclusion advocate, the second woman to officiate in men's professional football in England and one of only eight FIFA Women Instructors in the world

  • Dr. Farah Ahmed – NHS GP, author & women’s health expert, with a focus on everything from menstruation to menopause. Featured on Vogue, Mumsnet and appeared on BBC.

  • Isabel Ayres – Founder of Empyrean You, women’s health advocate & postpartum specialist

Networking & Resource Exchange: Connect with mental health professionals, advocates and community leaders. Share initiatives, exchange ideas, and build lasting relationships in a supportive, relaxed setting.

All attendees receive a gift bag worth £50 kindly provided by Faith in Nature, Love Peace Harmony Foundation, Weleda & HotTea Mama amongst others.
